The face of a women in society depicts so many different expressions of hardship, love, desire, despair and frustration. As I walk through the city streets I see women from all generations , races and backgrounds with the similar yet different life experiences. Capturing the timeless faces of so many women inspires me. I love painting women’s portraits, they can tell a thousand words without speaking. The lines on their faces the smile in the eyes, where have they been? what have they seen? and what caused the sadness or happiness in their face? This is what I try to capture through my art.
